Orders
Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, photographs, and descriptions may change without notice.
Reservations
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur a fee for parties of 6 or more.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order or reservation in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spartanburg County, SC.
